Lernziel
Ein effektiver und effizienter Güter-, Daten- und Steuerungsflusses im und zwischen Unternehmen trägt entscheidend dazu bei, welchen Wert eine Supply Chain für den Kunden schöpft. Studierende erwerben Know-how aus strategischer und taktischer Sicht zur Organisation und Realisierung von operationellen Geschäftsprozessen sowie zur Planung und Steuerung von wertschöpfenden Systemen im Industrie- und Dienstleistungsumfeld.

Inhalt
Führung, Analyse, Konzepte und Gestaltungsgrundsätze: Logistik-, Operations und Supply Chain Management im Spannungsfeld der Zielkonflikte in der Leistungsfähigkeit des Unternehmens; Logistische Analyse und grundlegende logistische Konzepte; Geschäftsprozesse und -methoden des MRP II- / ERP-Konzepts; das Lean-/Just-in-time-Konzept und die Wiederholproduktion, Konzepte für Produktfamilien und Einmalproduktion; Konzepte für die Prozessindustrie.
